Primer |
| MG04 (msds A B / tds) - 100% solids, two component, structural epoxy used as a primer to bond polyurea to concrete. The low viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy can be scrubbed onto sound concrete prior to the placement of polyurea coatings. This chemical and wear resistant binder can be used as a resurfacer or patching compound for the repair of floors. MG04 can also be utilized as a clear, high-build, non-gloss coating. Aggregate may be added to produce a mortar, which provides excellent wear resistance as a floor topping, or patching mortar for spalled concrete. | Pure Urea Systems |
| MGP25 (msds A B / tds) - 100% solids, state-of-the-art, VOC-free, two-component pure polyurea elastomeric coating. This seamless system exhibits extraordinary performance characteristics. MGP25 is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders and MDI prepolymers. This coating achieves an extremely tough, flexible, chemical and abuse resistant finish for a wide range of applications. Advantages: Smoother finish, higher elongation; greater flexibility, almost instant gel time, fast cure; can be handled/walked on in one minute, can be built up to any thickness in one application, seamless, application at -20°F to 300°F, resistant to thermal shock, no VOC’s, USDA approved, resistant to many chemicals. Uses: Containment areas, earthen containment, pipe coating, floor and wall systems, cold storage areas, waste water, tank linings, cooling tower liners, pump and paper mills, industrial plants, mechanical rooms, aquariums, fertilizer plants, petrochemical plants. |
| MGP45 (msds A B / tds) - 100% solids, state-of-the-art, VOC-free, two-component, pure polyurea elastomeric coating. MGP45 is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders and MDI prepolymers. Its low viscosity at operational temperatures makes this product ideal for both in-plant and field applications. Unique properties of this coating are its rapid cure time and its insensitivity to moisture. Advantages: Almost instant gel time, fast cure; can be handled/walked on in one minute, can be built up to any thickness in one application, seamless and flexible, applications -20°F to 300°F, resistant to thermal shock, no VOC's, USDA approved, resistant to many chemicals. | MGP78 (msds A B / tds) - 100% solids, two-component, elastomeric membrane. This coating achieves an extremely tough, flexible, chemical and abuse resistant finish for a wide range of applications. As MGP78 is an aliphatic polyurea, it will also resist UV attacks – making it a colorfast topcoat. |
| Joint Filler |
| MGP168 (msds A B / tds) - a two-part hybrid polyurea, elastomeric joint filler. It is used to fill and protect joints in industrial concrete floors subjected to heavy hard-wheeled vehicles. It is also ideal for spalled joint repair, random joint filling and patching, etc. |
