Produced from recycled tire rubber, Mountain Seal is a single component, highly elastomeric polymer rubber gel, infused with special adhesives utilized as an injection material for leak repair/waterproofing restoration. Due to its superior flexibility, cohesiveness and self sealing characteristics, Mountain Seal is ideal for effective, permanent restorative waterproofing.  Stopping leaks at their source, Mountain Seal is applied by a rotor/stator pump, injected through a substrate to form a restorative waterproofing membrane on the positive side of a structure.

USES:

Mountain Seal is applied in below grade and above grade applications. Mountain Seal is suitable for creating a restorative waterproofing membrane in parking decks, plaza decks, green roofs, tunnels and below grade structures

U grade is used for vertical wall injection below grade applications

R grade is used for horizontal plaza deck/ceiling/parking deck applications – typically above grade or less than 5’ below grade.
